Jeff Cuthbertson
Jeff is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Chattanooga. Jeff grew up in Scottsboro, AL, and worked in construction throughout junior high and high school. After high school, he lived in the Dominican Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. He then attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in Facilities Management. While at BYU, Jeff met Jessica Erin Parks Cuthbertson. They are happily married since 2005 and have three children: Kellen, Taylor Bea, and Ava.
Sean Lewis
Sean Lewis joined Team Cuthbertson in February 2024 as the Director of Business Development. He attended Florida Gulf Coast University to attain a degree in Marketing. Since joining the team, he has revised and redeveloped the Business Development team to be among the best. With his experience as Senior Marketing Specialist at SERVPRO headquarters and Director of Business Development at other SERVPRO franchises, Sean brings a lot of great experience and insight to the team.
Tom Walker
Tom Walker has recently joined our team in October 2024 as our Director of Construction. He attended Belmont University to gain a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Tom was previously a construction specialist at SERVPRO headquarters before joining our team. We’ve been loving the ideas that he’s brought to the team already, and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for him.
Kevin Brock
Kevin Brock joined our team in September 2024 as our Chief Operating Officer. He attended Tallahassee State College to gain a degree in Business. Before joining Team Cuthbertson, Kevin was the Southeast Regional Director of Operations at SERVPRO Headquarters. We are excited to see all the great ideas and opportunities that he will bring to the team!
John-Paul Morgante
John-Paul joined our team in July 2024 as our Human Resource Manager. He attended the University of Southern California for a BA in Chemistry, The Open University for his MBA in Business Administration and Management, and National University for his PhD in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership. He has been a great addition to our team and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.
Kate Dykes
Kate Dykes joined Team Cuthbertson in June 2022 as a Marketing Support Coordinator and has since then played many roles such as Digital Marketing Manager and now her current role as Director of Administration. She is not only knowledgeable about all things Digital Marketing but she is also learning the ropes of all things administrative when it comes to SERVPRO.
Chris McDuff
Chris is our General Manager here at our Central Florida franchises. Chris attended the local Daytona State College with a degree in Emergency Medical Technology. Chris has many IICRC certifications from an accredited facility in Chattanooga. Chris has been with SERVPRO for over 3 years.
Kenndrick Luckett-Epps
Kenndrick Luckett-Epps joined Team Cuthbertson in March 2024 as our Regional Business Development Manager for our Florida franchises. Kenndrick attended Norfolk State University to attain his BS in Business/Marketing and Saint Leo University to attain an MBA. He has a great deal of experience with business development and has already made some great improvements to our Florida team.
